These Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") apply to the Rotary Youth Network website located at www.rotaryyouthnetwork.org. The Site, excluding the integrated products (defined below), is owned by Rotary Youth Network ("RYN," "us," "we"). Access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. These Terms of Use govern your use and posting on RYN's social media channels.

By accessing, using, or browsing, registering for or posting any content on the Site, you ("you," "your," "User," or "Users") accept and agree to these Terms of Use. More specific or supplemental terms and agreements may apply to certain features, software, platforms, applications, or products accessible through the Site ("supplemental terms"); and these supplemental terms are in addition to these Terms of Use. If these Terms of Use are not acceptable to you, do not use or access this Site. You must be 16 years of age or older to use this Site.
By signing up to become a RYN member, you attest that your parent/legal guardian is aware of the goals of Rotary Youth Network and has given you permission to both provide your personal information and participate in group discussions and activities.

You hereby grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness and sound of your voice as recorded audio or video sessions without payment or any other consideration. You understand your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensations arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
